Shipping area
We ship throughout Canada. We do not currently ship outside the country.
Delivery times
Allow 4 to 6 business days to receive your order. Orders placed before 5 p.m. (Quebec time) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5 p.m., on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day, and the delivery period begins then. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. These times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or in the event of carrier delays.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders of $350 CAD or more, before taxes. Orders under $350 CAD have a flat shipping fee of $15 CAD, added automatically at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping address
Check your address carefully before confirming your order. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery period, email us and we will follow up with the carrier.
